I am a Senior Data & AI Project Manager focused on enterprise AI/ML delivery, cloud migration and large-scale data platform programs across international environments. I have led cross-functional teams, operating at the intersection of technical execution and business priorities. I have been close enough to the architecture to challenge it and accountable for delivering the roadmap.
At MediaMarktSaturn, I led 8 AI/ML initiatives processing more than 12M product records weekly across Europe. This included an ML-based product categorization system reaching 97% accuracy, while improving team delivery velocity by 20% over six consecutive quarters.
At Edenred, I led a Talend-to-Azure migration program across 24 countries supporting 9M daily CRM transactions, delivering a production-ready MVP in 8 weeks against a 12-week target.
