• Acquisition of Smile Fahrlehrerausbildung with the Mobility Education Group

• Creation of LBO transaction models for consolidated company groups

• Development of new vertical investment hypotheses in the sectors of digital health, business process outsourcing and education

• Portfolio services for the Mobility Education Group including investor reporting, implementation of a digital accounting system and a new marketing channel
