Partnered with diverse clients to delivertailored learning solutions: Conducted Training Needs Analysis with multiple SMEs and stakeholders to identify and agree on the training goal, the performance gap to be targeted, and the learning objectives. Designed curriculum for adult learners, including distilling complex topics, scaffolding content, designing activities and writing examples and scenarios to create clear and engaging training courses. Developed training materials for synchronous, asynchronous, and hybrid delivery; including self-paced eLearning modules, presentations, facilitation packages, and more. Notable projects include:

Designed and developed eLearning courses for behavioral health providers on topics such as Person-centered care, Trauma-informed care, and family engagement. Performed all stages of the ADDIE process including needs analysis, designing course flow, content, and activities, working with SMEs, production of interactive materials, implementation on the LMS and evaluation. Managed content and users on the LMS, and conducted business needs analysis to inform the selection of a new LMS platform.

Designed and developed eLearning courses for highly experienced, diverse international public health consultants on topics such as grant management, risk management, and data dashboards. Performed all stages of the ADDIE process for development of self-paced online materials, and participated in the development of instructor-led training materials. Managed content and users on the LMS, including troubleshooting as needed.
