Who am I?

I’m Benoit Bossuge, a biochemist and biotech engineer turned CMC and operations leader with 15+ years of experience bringing advanced therapies from bench to bedside. I’ve worked with major pharma (Novartis, Sanofi) and biotech pioneers (MedImmune, CRISPR Therapeutics), leading cross-functional teams through complex CMC development, manufacturing science, and strategic sourcing challenges. I’ve helped scale gene therapy programs and establish biomanufacturing processes that set new industry standards.

What do I do?

Today, I lead B SQUARED, the firm I founded to support biotech and advanced therapy companies across the full value chain. We help clients translate science into scalable operations — from early development to GMP manufacturing and commercialization. My role spans hands-on troubleshooting, supplier negotiations, due diligence for investors, and interim leadership roles (e.g., interim CTO for a regenerative medicine venture). I operate at the intersection of science, execution, and business strategy.
