À propos de David

I help organisations navigate stakeholder pressure, public criticism and complex communication challenges.

Many organisations face situations where a project, policy or decision begins attracting criticism or opposition. Technical explanations alone often don’t resolve the tension, and internal teams can struggle to understand what is really driving the reaction.

My work focuses on helping organisations understand these dynamics and respond in ways that reduce escalation rather than amplify it.

I bring experience in stakeholder engagement, communication strategy and issue management across complex and high-scrutiny environments. This includes analysing stakeholder concerns, mapping influence dynamics, and designing communication and engagement approaches that rebuild credibility and trust.

Typical projects include:

• Stakeholder and narrative analysis
• Communication strategy and messaging frameworks
• Issue and reputation risk assessments
• Stakeholder engagement strategy
• Crisis and escalation communication support
• Facilitation of difficult stakeholder conversations
• Training for teams responsible for communication and engagement

I’m particularly interested in working with organisations facing public pressure, stakeholder conflict or reputational risk, and helping them find credible ways forward.
