• • Conducted interviews with company CEO's in the context of the World Bank Enterprise Survey (WBES)

• Research and Analysis: supported the Peace & Recovery Division in shortlisting IOM PVE projects to be included in IOM’s PVE compendium.

• Conducted literature review aligning IOM programming with current theories and best practices, strengthening institutional knowledge base.

• Managed PVE database and streamlined knowledge management processes, enhancing accessibility for Geneva and New York offices.

• Theoretical research on the machineries of goal and process-oriented approaches to PVE - performed duties under the supervision of both Geneva and New York IOM offices.
