• • Managed the complex IFRS to US GAAP conversion for a cross-border acquisition in the tech industry, ensuring accurate accounting differences assessment and compliance, including alignment of accounting policies and preparation of analyses.

• • Conducted a global ESG reporting readiness assessment for an $80 billion food distributor, evaluating current practices against emerging sustainability standards and providing strategic recommendations to enhance ESG disclosure and transparency.

• • Served as KPMG Mid-Atlantic representative at the Economic Club of Washington DC, active participant at the KPMG IPO bootcamp in DC, and speaker at client-facing events.

Drove hypergrowth of the FAAS practice in the Americas since its inception in 2011, significantly increasing revenue and market presence. Assisted finance leaders in addressing the strategic accounting and financial reporting challenges facing their businesses and the finance function arising from business acquisitions and divestitures, accounting standards changes, accounting remediation and others.

• • Acted as a cross-border conversion liaison for FAAS in the Chesapeake market segment (Greater Washington, Baltimore and Richmond). Lead the go-to market strategy, training sessions, coordination with other FAAS regions liaisons.

• • Managed a large engagement related to the implementation of the new ASC 606 Revenue Recognition standard for a listed global professional services company that has over 13 revenue streams. Assist company formulate a strategy and gap analyses for implementation.

• • Assisted two privately-held companies in the solar energy industry and in the construction sector with the conversion of their financial statements from US GAAP to IFRS and from IFRS to US GAAP, respectively in conjunction with a contemplated IPO. Analyzed and provided insight on technical issues including but not limited to debt modification and extinguishment, revenue, leases, impairment of assets, business combinations, pensions, etc. and footnote disclosures.

• • Performed an impact assessment for a public executive search firm acquiring a Luxembourg group of the conversion from IFRS to US GAAP of the target's financial statements as well as the accounting policies alignment on the opening balance, pro forma

periods and post-acquisition for application of Rule 3-05 and Article 11 of Regulation S-X. Held workshops with target and acquirer to identify differences in accounting policies and practices.

• • Advised a leading global packaging company on their internal control program update. Created a sustainable SOX scoping methodology in line with the new COSO and recent PCAOB staff audit alerts. Managed a team of 10 seniors and managers to conduct process reviews across in-scope locations and develop risk and control matrices and flowcharts with identification of key controls to be tested.

• • Coordinated the SOX reporting process across the regions for a global security services company. Developed templates to categorize, analyze open issues and identified mitigating controls for non-remediated issues.
