Creating 3D experiences since 1994, IMMERSION is the European expert in virtual reality, augmented reality and collaborative solutions for the industry and research. As a pioneer, Immersion has built its know-how around customized extended reality solutions and is now developing its own innovative products through the «3i by immersion» solutions. The company's solutions are at the crossroads of immersive 3D, collaborative technologies, and decision-making tools. Its teamwork has developed a unique technical expertise and a user-centred design approach recognized by the most important industrial: Airbus, Alstom, Naval Group, PSA, Renault, L'Oréal, Louis Vuitton… My responsibilities include: Provide technical and strategic leadership for research, and set the agenda for this across the organisation. Lead and manage team of scientists and engineers to achieve section outcomes, whilst developing them as innovative technical creators and leaders. Maintain and build Immersion' reputation for high quality, high impact and innovative research. Publish a wide range of outputs, and ensure they are both understood and influential. Support the Executive Team in business decision making and risk assessment. Play a leading role in cross-function business projects and engage the organisation in your team's work. Provide expert guidance on XR technologies and other specialist input across the business unit. Anticipate and respond to the organisation's tactical and strategic business support needs. Proactively ensure the research team both supports and learns from other teams in the unit.
