I've work in a dual role as Zone Key User for SAP S/4HANA SD and Order Entry Specialist (OTC). This allows me to combine process optimization with hands-on operational expertise. I focus on improving pricing, order management and invoicing processes across seven countries, coordinating key users and supporting change requests, while also managing daily SAP SD operations and troubleshooting issues.
With over six years of SAP experience and involvement in international projects, I enjoy solving complex challenges, working with diverse teams and turning ideas into practical solutions.
