Intelux AG in Staad was taken over by the Italian Merloni Group in 1999. As a result of the sale, I was offered a temporary freelance position by Merloni for the purpose of relocation and set-up in Milan. In the Energy Saving Division I was responsible for the test laboratory and the supervision of the Italian employees in the production.
