My business cards say such things as Business & IT Consultant – both in experience and degree. But when you get right down to it, I’m much more – I’m an Experience Designer, Researcher, Change leader, Project manager, Innovator, Growth hacker, Team developer, Content creator. Most of my work happens where development meets user experience, where human-centered design overlaps with technology.
