Maintenance Repair Overhaul and Air Traffic Control development and

project management of prototypes with early adopter customers. Creation

of compelling value propositions handover to portfolio for

industrialisation.

Achievements:

I co-created a blockchain-based service platform for the MRO supply

chain and ecosystem, integrating maintenance standards and regulatory

requirements.

I assessed how digital services could support Air Navigation Service

Providers with their sustainability objectives and defined the portfolio

development plan.

I delivered 3 digital solutions for industrialization.

Responsibilities: Management of the aircraft data portfolio and operating

plan, owning portfolio life cycle and P&L, driving vision, go-to-market

strategy and execution, leveraging co-innovation with customers for the

roadmap. Team management and coaching.

I managed 5 direct reports.

Achievements:

I developed solutions including Aircraft Internet of Things (IoT), a

secure cloud-based data lake solution for OEMs & for MROs.

I achieved $30M portfolio value and brand recognition of SITA aircraft

data management solutions.
