I help companies make better technology decisions at the intersection of semiconductor R&D, AI hardware, and product strategy.

With 12+ years of hands-on experience spanning automotive ASIC development, neuromorphic AI hardware, and biomedical chip design, I bring rare technical depth combined with executive-level strategic thinking. As former CTO at Implatronic GmbH, I raised €1.5M in funding, built and led a 10+ engineer team, and delivered a biomedical MVP ASIC from concept to prototype. As IC Architect at TDK Micronas, I defined new product concepts for EV and ADAS markets and led complex analog and mixed-signal ASIC programmes from concept to mass production.

I hold a PhD in Neuromorphic ASICs from TU Hamburg (summa cum laude), with 11 international publications, a patent, and a Best Paper Award in neuromorphic computing. I am completing an Executive MBA at the University of Oxford focused on global technology strategy.

I am available for consulting projects in: semiconductor technology strategy and roadmapping, R&D programme leadership, AI hardware and edge computing advisory, automotive and industrial ASIC development, and interim CTO or technical leadership engagements.
