Hi, I'm Tomiwa.

I'm a people operations consultant and AI adoption specialist based in La Tour-de-Peilz, Switzerland, with a background spanning strategic HR, international operations, and organisational change. I hold a Bachelor's in International Business and Trade and am completing a Master's in International Business Administration, specialising in Human Resources.

I help teams work smarter; whether that means redesigning HR processes, building AI readiness frameworks, or facilitating workshops that turn AI anxiety into practical capability. My work bridges two disciplines that are increasingly inseparable: people strategy and intelligent technology adoption.

My consulting practice, Guided Intelligence, works with organisations navigating the shift toward AI-augmented work, helping teams understand what to adopt, how to implement it, and how to bring their people along. I bring the same rigour to every engagement: clear thinking, grounded in real operational experience across tech, consulting, and international environments.

Whether I'm conducting an AI readiness audit, reviewing HR workflows, or designing training for cross-functional teams, I come with both the strategic view and the hands-on experience to deliver.
