I have worked on European and Global projects, working with Executives at Corporate, Business Unit and affiliate levels, as well as Governments, Health Ministers and NGOs. These projects were formidable lessons to develop resilience and leadership under high pressure and high stakes environment.
Among my track record, here are the most prominent projects:
- Delivered on a $5B contrat on Pharmaceutical products with EU member states and Asian governments
- Co-created 400M€+ of business opportunities with the client to move forward with manufacturing expansion and financial objectives
- Lead a cross-functional team to deliver 55M units of Vaccines in AMC92 countries in 4 weeks, in concert with Governments and NGOs.
- Investment Due Diligence on more than 10 opportunities in Healthcare / Biotech.
