Over the past 25 years in bank industry, including 21 years within one of the world’s leading international banks, I have gained a breadth of knowledge through different roles held in Global Capital Market (GCM), Asset Management (AM) and Asset Liability Management (ALM).
In each of these roles, I could demonstrate my capacity to conduct transformation projects with success despite of a stressful environment and tight deadlines. Those include the development of new products offered by GCM, the migration to new Risk and P&L monitoring software, process optimization as well as the establishment of best practices set by Group Standards.
As manager of AM business transformation team, I had the opportunity to develop senior project manager skills. The projects I led implied structural changes to the business.
The scope of subjects I covered extended from organizational and strategic changes to systems implementation and process standardization amid the merger of several AM entities.
In addition, I was leading the implementation of regulatory changes and Group Standards initiatives.
As a team manager, I was also dedicated to supporting people through periods of changes and helping them to adapt to new environments.
Furthermore, I am well experienced in working closely with local top senior management CEO, CFO and CRO, as well as heads of Group and Regional business lines.
I think that my strong level of personal motivation combined with my skills and my long experience will be highly valuable for the success of the tasks for which I will be responsible.
