My achievements as Technical Manager at RDSI (an IT Consulting Firm/LLC based in Algiers, operating on a nearshoring model for French companies):

- Managed legacy application maintenance and development for a primary client in France (a renowned French logistics solutions provider) under a full-time outsourcing/nearshoring arrangement.

- Managed part-time assignments for other French client companies (intermittent missions).

- Initiated, analysed, designed technical architecture, and delivered projects in Algeria using modern and scalable technologies: Azure Cloud, Azure AI, Django REST Framework, React, Docker, and DevOps techniques.

- Provided technical supervision for several final-year projects and approximately twenty short-term interns within the scope of the company's projects in Algeria.

- Hosted two free public masterclasses: "Cloud Computing & DevOps" and "Development with Django, Django REST Framework & Python," attended by hundreds of participants. The content was bespoke, capitalising on accumulated experience and sector visibility (Sessions available on the RDSI YouTube channel).

- Launched several community initiatives, including a platform for internship opportunities in Algeria (ongoing), which served as a final-year project under my supervision.

- Represented the company at three job fairs and participated in various events involving RDSI (project evaluation as Technical Manager) alongside the company founder.

- Conducted technical interviews for job applicants.

- Participated in prospecting meetings with French companies in my capacity as Technical Manager (drafting technical proposals and time estimates).

My previous role as IT Production & DevOps Engineer (Permanent Contract):

- Deployment and application maintenance of Natixis Algeria's legacy and modern platforms, systems, and applications; analysing and resolving major production issues across all active banking systems.

- Covered platforms associated with various banking business lines: Loans, Foreign Trade, Customer Onboarding, Banxy (Mobile Banking), HR, Cheques & Interbank Clearing, Swift, etc.

- Functional and technical administration of all bank systems.

- Participated in all projects involving the production application scope.

- Direct collaboration with national and international vendors during the deployment of new systems, upgrades, and Tier 2/3 incidents on third-party proprietary systems.

- Qualification of all functional and/or technical changes regarding the bank's systems before release to production.

- Represented the bank at the ESI job fair and participated in various initiatives, including supervising 12 motivated ESI interns on 6 innovative topics: AI Credit scoring, OCR automation for foreign trade requests, server flow monitoring/DevOps, building an AI model for IT incident resolution, implementation of an incident repository platform, and automated scraping of data sources.
