Context:
Data Engineer Consultant in the Analytics team of KPMG France, I worked on several missions and projects in parallel, among those project:

1. Strategy move to cloud: Arkéa (4 months)
Context:
To implement a standard (IFRS17), we needed to set up a data pipeline.
Tasks:
- Study of the existing (infra, COPEX/CAPEX, data, applications)
- Propose several solution architectures and elaborate a choice matrix
- Initiate the project corresponding to the architecture chosen by the customer
- Data migration to the cloud (GCP)
- Data governance and security management (Cloud IAM)
- Deployment of Dataiku on GKE (Kubernetes)
- Transformation of SAS scripts to Dataiku SQL/Python recipes
- Deployment of a Spark cluster for advanced calculations

2. Integrator and project manager: Sanofi (8 months)
Context:
Integration of several systems (SAP, Workday, and other in-house tools) to Coupa (a procurement-to-payment solution).
Tasks:
- Design of integration interfaces
- Implementation of ETLs (interfaces) with the Informatics IICS platform (iPaaS)
- Follow-up with the Dev teams (offshore teams) on a daily basis
- Lead regular work sessions with business teams
- Develop an integration monitoring tool (Kafka, Splunk)
- Testing (unit testing, system integrations testing, UATs, and Go-Live)
- Conduct training sessions for end users
- Level 3 support during the Run phase
