J'ai travaillé sur plusieurs types de projets, de l'implémentation de solutions à la migration, en passant par le design de prototypes, l'élaboration de MVP et l'évolution corrective des applications.

Mon rôle consistait à faire le lien entre les équipes métier (ce qui nécessite des compétences en gestion de projet, communication, détermination des besoins clients, compréhension du business model, etc.) et les développeurs techniques (connaissances des fonctionnalités Salesforce, Solutionning, estimation des story points), le tout dans des contextes principalement en agile (organisation des cérémonies de projet, PMO, alimentation du backlog, réalisation des User Stories, attribution des story points, assurance de la livraison et des incréments du produit en respectant le rétroplanning et les sprints).

J'ai à cœur de mener à bien chaque projet qui m'est confié en m'intégrant rapidement au sein de l'équipe, tout en assurant la satisfaction du client en offrant une réelle valeur ajoutée tant technique que fonctionnelle.
