Train and grant access to SAP ERP & GTS systems Open & track incidents trough ticketing system

Responsible for tracking shipments from our warehouses to customers and handling any damage or return that may occur Establish strong relationships with distributors and affiliates Collaborate closely with departments like Logistics Operations, Quality Assurance and Finance. Investigate transport deviation & monitor freight costs
