• Delivered scalable and high-performance decision support systems optimizing flight scheduling and disruption recovery, boosting operational efficiency and enhancing customer experience.

• Handled responsibilities including requirements clarification with Business stakeholders, mentoring and ramping-up new-comers, promoting best practices within the team, production loads, stability and performance monitoring, data analytics and technical documentation.
