With a background at BCG in London and Casablanca, I’ve supported top-tier clients in the mining, energy, public and nonprofit sectors. I bring a unique mix of strategic thinking and on-the-ground operational experience, especially in sustainability.

I also led waste management operations in the UAE, overseeing waste collection and treatment for the entire Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah — a hands-on leadership role that sharpened my ability to translate strategies into real-world impact.

. Supported the UN High level Champions to develop and write the Sham El Sheikh Adaptation 2030 Agenda defining global adaptation targets and state of play across key sectors (incl. report socialization at COP28)
• Provided end-to-end assessment of Climate Adaptation & Resilience for a West-African megacity (from climate analytics to developing a portfolio of bankable projects and unlocking finance) . Supported a South Asian country to develop a Climate Adaptation & Resilience framework and an analytics-driven decision-making tool
. Supported the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) to define their tech vision, roadmap and PoC for a scope 3 data sharing platform; co- wrote their Global annual Supply chain report bringing new perspectives on the future of sustainable supply chains
• Designed, set-up and animated a PMO structure (organization, governance, ways of working, PMO tools) to support an African mining player in their digital and operational excellence transformation journey (+800 initiatives across 12 entities, 50 Mil USD EBITBA/yr) including the design and implementation of a change management strategy
• Designed a career program for talents (sourcing, career paths, career development, performance review processes and benefits) for an African mining player and actively participated to the recruitment and onboarding of 5 new talents into the program
• Developed a digital strategy and roadmap for a Moroccan energy player (+40 Mil USD EBITDA/yr) incl. the preparation and animation of a series of workshops (Vision & Ambition, Digital awareness, Ideation, & prioritization workshops)
