J’ai travaillé sur une levée de 200M$ pour une startup du réseau Y Combinator (Airbnb, Reddit, Twitch...), ainsi que sur des deals stratégiques comme la cession d’Editis pour 650M€ chez BNP Paribas ou des levées (5 à 10M€) en Série A chez Chausson Partners.
