I worked on the merging Gefco freight management systems with CTK app in order to automate bookings and grow revenue.

The DF is a Digital Agency specialised in Web apps, subscrition platforms and IoT. During my mission i helped successfully launching 8 Projects, managing client portfolio in several countries including China, Germany, Italy, Benelux and France. (See detailed tasks list below)

• Introduced scrumban to the organisation and made sure of it's adoption

• Participated in creating the roadmap by getting involved in migration projects, creation and redesign of websites

• Worked with internal and external partners to define the best UX/UI, product features

• Monitored technical maintenance and SEO performance of several websites

• Collected and analyzed customer feedback to refine expectations and needs for improvements

• Participated in defining user journeys and prioritizing the backlog

• Wrote and reviewed functional documentation of delivered websites for local teams

• Supported the testings according to the defined user paths

• Contributed to the production of websites and guarantee the quality of released product

• Did Weekly reporting and regular monitoring of KPIs

• Gave monthly trainings on new tech subjects such as Gamification, Growth hacking, and Human centered design
