Leading the agile culture change in Tech and Product department

- Explaining and promoting Lean & Agile approaches ;

- Working hand in hand with the Heads of Product and Engineering to define the ways of working of the Tech and Product in order so that :

- Teams deliver quality valuable piece of software regularly ;

- Teams are more predictable ;

- Teams design and communicate plans for quarters and iteration ;

- Teams inspect and adapt their plans ;

- Defining and apply the future organisation of teams for scaling (based on what already exists such as SAFe, unFIX, etc.).

- Implying and working with the COMEX so they are able to share vision to the Tech and Product ;

- Designing the steps to spread Lean & Agile culture among all the company.

Leading and mentoring the Scrum Masters (SM)

- Define individual growth plans with each of the SM so their skills are aligned with their will and the company’s needs ;

- Mentor the SM so they improve and are able to participate more in the Agile@Scale initiative ;

- Foster a community spirit among the SM so they help each other and improve together ;

- Provide guidance and support to the SM so that they can coach their teams according to the Agile@Scale initiative.

- Coaching, mentoring, teaching, advising teams and individuals (tech, product, etc.) in the Money Train (and used to do it in the Operation train also) ;

- Participating to the definition, alignment and communication of what is Agile at ManoMano ;

- Participating to the building and application of MACS (ManoMano's Agile@Scale Framework "A la Mano") ;

- Facilitating big teams events (from 30 to 80 people) to foster alignment and create shared objectives ;- Coaching, mentoring, teaching, advising teams and individuals (tech, product, etc.) in the Money Train (and used to do it in the Operation train also) ; - Participating to the definition, alignment and communication of what is Agile at ManoMano ; - Participating to the building and application of MACS (ManoMano's Agile@Scale Framework "A la Mano") ; - Facilitating big teams events (from 30 to 80 people) to foster alignment and create shared objectives ;

Coaching Agile : Pour le compte de plusieurs clients, accompagnement des équipes à l'adoption et la mise en places de pratiques Agiles et notamment Scrum.

Formation : En interne et pour le compte de clients, animation de formation à la découverte de l'agilité et de certaines pratiques (théorique et pratique).
