I accompanied a portfolio of diverse clients (SMEs, associations, hospitals, accounting firms) on their IT issues, ensuring both support, infrastructure administration, and technical project management. My role involved working on a shared-time basis, with a schedule defined by each company (ranging from a few hours per week to several days per month).

• • Upon my arrival, several clients were considering terminating their contracts due to a lack of transparency and satisfaction.
