2017 - 2020 : Multiples expériences, dont une en Russie au sein de l'une des meilleures agences russes (ONY.ru), afin de forger mes compétences à la sortie des études dans un environnement international. Ensuite, une expérience chez Globant pour découvrir la dynamique des ESN.
2020 - 2023 : Lead Product Designer sur la partie retail B2B (2 produits sous ma responsabilité), avec 20 % de mon temps dédié au Design System B2B en collaboration avec les autres leads.
2023 - Aujourd'hui : Founder Product Designer (pendant les 16 premiers mois) pour une banque d’investissement, d’abord sur le logiciel client, puis sur le logiciel back-office. Petite équipe, donc rôle très transversal : livraison rapide suivie d’itérations. Mon rôle s’étend désormais à des missions de PM & PO pour répondre aux besoins, tout en supervisant la production UX/UI.
De retour dans la région lyonnaise, j’ai envie de tenter l’aventure en freelance. J’aime les environnements où ça bouge, avec des produits complexes et des défis à relever. Travailler avec des équipes internationales ne me pose aucun souci, et je comprends bien les contraintes techniques, ce qui me permet de délivrer de la valeur rapidement.
