    As a Head of Sales , I was in charge of my own client's portfolio and also managing the Sales Teams' performance, orientation and vision. Regarding my own performance, I was in charge of 32 consultants working on several projects from DevOps Transformation project for some Banking clients to the Management of project in cloud transition (mostly Azure, GCP and AWS). At the begining, I also transformed the sales process by creating some agility ceremonies to optimize feedback with the HR team and increase the success rates of the sales team. Regarding my management skill, I was in charge of 3 sales account managers achieving 100% objectives and expectations + HR and day-to-day management of my consultants (34 people) based on the Scrum Methodology. In total, I managed a Business Unit of 3.5M EUR (created from scratch in 2020) with more than 20 clients and 30+ projects. Key features :
