• Managed asset & share deals investments: cash flows analysis, technical and legal due diligences, etc.

• Dealed with debt and (re)financing set-up with banks and funds structuring.

• Involved in equity raising: meetings, presentations and reporting to investors.

• Carried out the redevelopment of a vacant buildings: project management, lease negotiations, etc.

• Assisted in the set-up of the Group regulated subsidiary and its agreement approval by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

• Calibrated new regulated funds dedicated to specific investors.

• Assisted in Fund and Asset Management for existing vehicles.

• Dealed with a large portfolio of clients: AEW, Ciloger, Cleaveland, Generali, Groupama, Icade, Argan, Blackstone, Segro, Rockspring, etc.

• Conducted valuations of all types of assets (offices, high retail retail, shopping centers, retail parks, industrial and logistics, hotels etc.) and development appraisals for acquisitions (financing purposes, OPCI / SCPI, REIT etc.), opinions of value and one-shot missions

• Created and deployed the « Industrial & Logistics Valuation » unit, composed of 7 co-workers: defined team's strategy, carried out analysts' training scheme, recruitment process and interviews

• Managed local and international valuers for Pan-European portfolio valuations

• Represented CBRE Valuation in the « Sustainable Development » committee within CBRE France
