Over the last 13 years, I had the opportunity to develop my project management skills by leading multi-million budgeted projects located worldwide with international customers, all major players in renewable energy sector.
I managed these mid to long-term projects, 3 to 6 years, from design to sourcing, manufacturing phases until the construction and over the warranty period. During that journey I’ve increased both my technical skills in the hydro power plant field and my project management skills, leading the teams to meet customer contractual requirements and achieve management objectives.
Project execution gave me an opportunity to progress in extreme work pressure environment and handle various claims and negotiations with customers and suppliers ensuring the good relationships with all involved stakeholders.
Working with international customers and multicultural project teams allowed me to develop solid communication skills and flexibility in the daily work.
