As a Lead Product Manager at Oyster, I led the strategy and delivery of core SaaS products powering a global employment and payroll platform operating across 50+ countries. My role sat at the heart of a highly complex, compliance-driven environment where product decisions had direct legal, financial, and operational impact.

I owned end-to-end product initiatives, from discovery to delivery, working closely with engineering, payroll operations, legal, finance, and go-to-market teams. One of my key contributions was the design and launch of an international Employee Equity solution, enabling companies to manage equity compensation globally while remaining compliant with local regulations. This required deep product thinking, strong stakeholder alignment, and the ability to translate regulatory constraints into scalable product capabilities.

A significant part of my work focused on improving payroll accuracy and operational robustness. I helped define advanced validation rules, reduced critical errors in payroll workflows, and contributed to the industrialization of processes that needed to scale reliably across multiple geographies. These improvements directly increased customer trust, reduced operational load, and enabled the business to grow without compromising quality.

Working in a fully remote and asynchronous setup, I brought structure to ambiguity by clarifying product vision, aligning teams on priorities, and driving execution with a strong outcome-oriented mindset. I regularly collaborated with senior stakeholders to frame problems, assess trade-offs, and make data-informed decisions.

This experience positions me as a senior freelance Product Manager able to operate in complex B2B SaaS environments, take ownership of high-stakes products, and deliver tangible business impact. I typically support scale-ups and international companies that need a PM who can combine strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong cross-functional leadership.

At UKG, I worked as a Product Manager on the HR Service Delivery suite, a B2B SaaS product used by over 1,000 enterprise clients. The platform covered critical HR workflows such as case management, process automation, and employee document management.

I owned the full product lifecycle, from user research and problem framing to roadmap definition, delivery, and continuous improvement. I collaborated closely with enterprise clients to understand operational pain points and translate them into scalable product solutions aligned with business objectives.

My work focused on simplifying complex HR processes, reducing manual effort, and improving transparency for HR teams. Through iterative delivery and close collaboration with engineering and customer-facing teams, I helped improve product adoption and operational efficiency across large organizations.

At CANAL+, I worked within the Digital Experience department, contributing to the improvement of large-scale digital products used by millions of subscribers. My focus was on enhancing user experience and engagement through data analysis, user research, and close collaboration with design and engineering teams.

I identified friction points in user journeys, prioritized high-impact improvements, and supported delivery in a fast-paced media environment with strong time-to-market constraints. This experience sharpened my ability to work on consumer-facing products at scale while maintaining strong product discipline.
