Responsible for revenue/sales operations, insights, and technology stack across all of our customer-facing teams Sales, Account Manager, Support. Improving teams productivity, alignment, efficiency and impact & enable data-backed decisions that drive growth. More specifically: - Have ownership over the set-up & maintenance of the client-facing technology stack (CRMs such as Hubspot, Intercom and other Saas like Recurly, GetAccept, Modjo, Amalia, ...) - Work with the Product and Data teams to unify metrics and customer data across teams and tools - Develop reports visualizing operations performances related to OKRs - Create, monitor, and report on experiments for key initiatives for the client-facing team (ex. testing new pricing) - Create new, automated workflows for client-facing teams and improve the efficiency of current workflows. - Utilize available data to extract insights and make recommendations to the client-facing teams. - Etc...
