Innovation Manager and teh Innovation HUB - Accenture - after 3 years as a Service and Research design Manager at Accenture Song Canada with a business-oriented vision.

The constant thread of my career ‘Helping companies respond to consumers’ needs’ led me to service design at Fjord Paris and now here in Montreal where I am striving to co-imagine with our clients new ways to solve users’ problems while being innovating and sustainable.

The skills that I have developed throughout my career allow me to work lead a design project from beginning to end.This includes users’ research, analysis, ideation and prototyping as well as ensuring the project feasibility from a high-level business point of view, leading a multi-disciplinary team

to support clients’ strategic decisions. I am profoundly convinced that sustainability should be part of all of our projects and that it is our responsibility to help our clients grow in the right path. Combining

human-centric research, technologies and data represents great tools to help our clients innovate, stay relevant and competitive.

My background as a Strategic planner in advertising and branding enabled me to develop a complete study to serve the design process. I work with various clients to help them question their existing offering and develop with them meaningful experiences focused on people and sustainability.

After graduation, I spent a year in New York, I embraced the culture and refined my command of English. Through a multitude of experiences in the Fashion world, I gained an extensive knowledge of the multifaceted business of Fashion. Passionate about brand strategy and trends I naturally became a a strategic planner in advertising and design agencies (J.W.T Paris and Nude) before joining Fjord - Accenture Song.
