I built the full‑stack architecture of the National Recommendations Tracking Database (NRTD http://nrtd.ohchr.org) and the Universal Human Rights Index (UHRI http://uhri.ohchr.org), OHCHR Knowledge Gateway (https://knowledgegateway.ohchr.org/) and various internal applications, migrated legacy data, and introduced CI/CD and containerisation for easier country deployments. To speed up treaty‑body reporting, I prototyped BERT‑based text‑classification models and lightweight LLM pipelines that auto‑tag incoming documents, boosting analyst productivity. I also designed and delivered hands‑on training for government officials and presented the platform at high‑level UN panels.
