đź’ˇ I support companies (startups, SMEs, major groups...), governments and international institutions in their path to data-driven decision making. I help them build data assets, leverage/analyse their own data along with open data and enhance their teams' skills with targeted trainings.
🌍 My main areas of expertise are :
- Data for development : financial and digital inclusion (for international institutions: World Bank, UNO, Gates Foundation, GSMA...), development of open data capacities in France on data.gouv.fr (for Etalab, services of French Prime Minister)
- Geomarketing : data discovery, insights and data visualisation, geo-targeted strategies (for major groups like mobile operators or marketplaces like TheFork/TripAdvisor)
- Geopolitics : leverage open data and social media APIs to assess populations' main concerns, needs or opinions in conflict zones (political tensions, terrorism...) for governments and international institutions
đź› After a Master's Degree in Data Science (Institut Polytechnique de Paris - ENSAE) that gave me strong foundations in Statistics, Data Mining, Data Visualisation, Time Series and Machine Learning, my professional experiences allowed me to develop additional skills in open data, geo-spatial data analysis (GIS/Geomarketing...) and Artificial Intelligence/Deep Learning.
