Experienced Product Owner with a successful track record of managing complex projects in the financial industry. Currently serving as a Product Owner at Euronext, where I played a key role in the creation of the company's digital platform, particularly in the development of the Corporate Action for ETP and Securitized Derivatives applications. I joined the project as a replacement for two previous product owners and was able to exceed client expectations by delivering the project on time and within budget, enabling the client to catch up on four months of delayed work on the Corporate Action on Securitized Derivatives application. - 20 Teams: FO, MO, BO, Risk, P&L, Accouting, Data Referential, Testing, etc.

- Approx. 80 People, 12 in my team (4 BA & 8 DEV) Tasks : Analysis, Costing, planning, Executing/Coordinating, Monitoring/ Tracking, Controlling, Deployement, Documenting, Training, Closing.
