I propose individual or groups approaches with or without horses for your personal or professional development. The "Act differently" approach involves comprehensive and phenomenological coaching. A return to the essential (your identity & behaviours), to the phenomena by accepting aside all our judgments, our opinions and our educational and cultural conditions to return to what is. You will understand (Thoughts), feel (Emotions), experience (Behaviours) your transformation. The power to be completely yourself and to develop confidence/trust, respect and connection through the fulfilling experience of behavioural changes @ Act differently

Overall activities

- Activate and engage internal coaches community (160 internal coaches) supporting the realization of their site/department coaching engagement plans, ensuring connection, best practice sharing, supervision and continuous development.

- Ensure deployment of group coaching programs in our different areas as an enabler to develop further leadership competencies at all levels and support leadership challenges in time of change

- Contracting & selecting of internal & external executive coach/facilitators building capacity to deploy coaching programs.

- Develop & implement specific coaching programs in support of the business talent agenda

- Further deployment and globalization of our coaching offer through the different area, sites world wide

- Build partnerships with key businesses (lean performance, engagement programs, innovation project groups) and offer dedicated coaching resources to support key business critical projects

- Facilitate internal leadership & coaching programs-training for open enrolment and intact teams (Leadership style interventions, Practical coaching in the workplace, coaching for effective leaders, group coaching sessions)

- Coach senior & executive leaders (individual coaching)

- Evaluate new opportunities such as how to use coaching to support more sustainable careers, team development versus group coaching approach, how coaching can support our heath initiatives (prevention, post), …

- Focus on our coaching metrics and communication towards our community

- Explore partnership with external world to contribute to GSK branding
