Ma mission au sein de l'équipe Payment était d'apter la solution Libeo pour le Royaume Uni afin que celle-ci soit conforme aux standards légaux et bancaire en application.

J'ai eu la responsabilité de lead l'intégration de la solution de payment par wallet de notre partenaire Modulr :

- Collaboration avec le PM pour mener à bien le delivery

- Discovery et design technique de la solution

- Assurer l’application et l’évolution des standards techniques

- Communication avec les différents partenaires

Taking the formal lead of the Application team.

• Ensure application team scale up to match the growing business needs

• Mentoring team members : skill improvement and technical support

• Ensure quality and performance by adding and improving existing practices, both on a technical and management perspective

• Drive externalized projects

• Work with the newly created HR team in order to improve different HR related processes

Building an ontology based dFollowing the termination of the former frontend lead I took over the development of the new application based

on the MVP.

• Set up architecture and best practices on both frontend (React) and backend (NodeJS)

• Set up and integrate authentication service - Keycloak

• Set up and integrate Ontology database - GraphDB

• Agile development : Scrum

• Functional and technical conception with the product team

• Leading internal recruitment for the frontend team
