Je suis Delivery Lead / consultant en transformation digitale avec une forte expertise CRM et OSS/BSS dans les télécoms (B2B & B2C). J’interviens auprès de directions métier et IT pour remettre de la clarté, sécuriser l’exécution et livrer des résultats concrets sur des programmes complexes (refonte CRM, transformation BSS, catalogue produit, intégration SI, migration, amélioration de la qualité de service).
Mon approche : pragmatique, orientée vers la valeur et le pilotage.
