    In 2017, L'Oréal launched an ambitious global PIM & DAM program for its 43 international brands and countries.
    The primary goal of this program is to achieve excellence in content management and publishing, given the company's extensive portfolio of 150,000 products and the production of 3 million assets annually. By equipping its brands with the most advanced Product Information Management and Digital Assets Management tools, L'Oréal hopes to attain better control over media costs, increase brand visibility, and boost e-commerce revenue across the globe.
    The OPERA program is now live in 57 countries and became part of day-to-day activity for marketing, digital and indirect ecommerce teams.

    As a lead for implementing the PIM & DAM solutions, my role was to take charge and oversee the rollout in North America from 2018 to 2020, while based in New York City. Since then, I've been responsible for additional rollouts in Gulf countries, Europe and Latin America, being based in Paris.
