Directeur Financier / leveur de fonds à la recherche de missions ponctuelles, j'ai accumulé 6 ans d'expérience dans la fonction finance, dans un premier temps au sein d'une banque d'affaires pendant 4 ans où j'ai pu accompagner + 20 entrepreneurs dans leurs projets de levées de fonds / cessions ou d'acquisitions.
Après une formation au Wagon en 2021, j'ai rejoint en tant que directeur général et associé dans une start-up dans la FoodTech où j'ai structuré la fonction finance avec la mise en place de processus et reportings (Agicap, Spendesk, Pennylane...) et géré la levée de fonds, le processus d'audit et le suivi avec les fonds VC et PE lors de notre tour de table.
