J'accompagne depuis 1 an des start-ups et PME dans leur recherche de financement : levée de fonds (pre-seed & seed), dette, subvention. >> Elaboration du business plan (Excel), rédaction du pitch deck (Keynote ou PPT), et du teaser, préparation du roadshow investisseur, coaching.
J'ai également aidé des entrepreneurs à revoir leur Business Model, à préparer leur Go-to-Market, et à lancer de nouvelles offres.
Who am I ?
Je suis actuellement entrepreneur en résidence pour le start up studio BigBlank créé par Air France-KLM.
Le projet que j'ai créé avec eux est la première start-up à avoir reçu un investissement en seed de la part du groupe.
Avant cette expérience j'ai créé deux start-up dans le secteur du tourisme et de la mobilité. J'avais imaginé et créé les produits pour ces deux start-ups puis participer à la stratégie go-to market pour les lancer.
Enfin, j'ai travaillé pendant 4 pour Rakuten où j'ai créé le programme de fidélité R-Club, gérer son développement et son acquisition et qui est maintenant présent sur l'ensemble des sites du groupe en Europe.
Je parle couramment anglais et je connais particulièrement les industries e-commerce, travel, tourism, mobilité, transport et du retail.
