Bathing in SAP Technologies for many years, I have been through the whole lifecycle of systems more than once. This includes installing, operating, stabilizing, securing, upgrading, migrating simple and complex environments on various platforms with single or inter-dependent systems from a handful to multi-thousands of concurrent users.

A long experience and series of certifications have helped to inoculate best practices and left their mark in my approach being planning small or large interventions or simply troubleshooting errors or performance issues to reduce unscheduled downtimes, to coordinate activities, plan projects, manage small teams, coach support teams, or do root cause analyses.

A few years as Operation Manager of a Manufacturing Execution System also gave me the opportunity to work with non-SAP platforms and to be confronted with the day-to-day challenges of multi-vendor ecosystem supporting production sites in their demanding digitalization needs.
