- Managed portfolio of transformation initiatives across Business, Tech, Compliance, Risk and Legal teams, ensuring efficient engagement, adherence to objectives and plans, regulatory adoption and audit remediation. Led Ideation Workshops, Digital Transformation Roadmap, designed and implemented the new digital Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) journeys from Onboarding to Client Servicing workflows for all PB entities.
