🔸Priority management: coordination between the 4 squads to prioritize needs according to business value and technical feasibility.

🔸 Workshop to harmonize and align the squads' product vision and better reveal the adherences between them.

🔸UX audit and benchmarking of new portal merging features from different squads.

🔸Design of the portal home page and its modular components.

🔸Completion and management of tickets in Azure DevOps.

🔸Participation in SCRUM rituals (notably Backlog Refinement).

🔸Occasional design of portal screens for the 4 squads using the Design System.

🔸Components design to enhance the Design System.

🔸Work on Design x Delivery process with the SCRUM Master and Delivery manager.

🔸Wireframing and Prototyping of pathways in co-design with the Head of Product to create scalable and replicable solutions based on customer Use Cases.

🔸Creation of the Design System v2 structure: foundations and components with the launch of a ZeroHeight and a Storybook.

🔸Redesign and conception of Power BI reports linked to different pathways for the Data squad: Dataviz and KPI design, Optimization of page loading time.

1st mission - client : Nexans

🔸Redesign of a global marketing project management and tracking platform.

🔸Worked in tandem with the client-side PO.

🔸Extensive Discovery work and use of numerous tools to understand and draw the Big Picture.

🔸Business Design approach to solving problems not just from the user's point of view.

🔸Design of a new mental model to meet the needs of all parties.

2nd mission - client : Nexans

🔸Design of a Power BI platform to manage the business strategy and sales activities of a B.U. (Business Unit) in Switzerland.

🔸Worked with the back office to understand the history and existing situation.

🔸Surveys and interviews with M.L. (market line) managers and B.U. director.

🔸Restructuring work (Dataviz & KPI) from an Excel file (18 pages) to Power BI (8 pages), designing new screens in response to needs identified during exchanges and co-design work with the back office.
