Deployment of Reporting Portal for 12 remaining countries of the group (8 already live when mission started).

• Coordination with local B.U (Business & local IT) for data collection (requirements set by HQ Business)

• Redaction of user stories (Azure Data Factory for data collection / PBI for reporting)

• Communication to management and stakeholders : organisation of monthly steering commitees.

• Grooming sessions with Data engineers (ADF dev. / PBI analysts). Documentation update (Confluence)

• Testing and Sign off for delivered stories. (High delivery pace, organization being deeply Agile)

• Follow up effective spent VS. Budget (activities focused on capacity management) ULTIMATE GOAL ACHIEVED (within timeline) : All Goup purchase data centralized and aggregated within one tool. Data Quality and Service Management (PURCHASE application + other solutions)

• Implementation of (Purchasing) Data Quatlity controls within dedicated tool (« homemade » in Power BI)

• Set up the Support organization process (from Business ticket creation to actual fix by Run team)

• Participation in technical migration of data storage (from SQL Server to Snowflake) : Data alignment controls, pipelines harmonization and redesign ; Validation of dashboards.

Decommision of the MIB group solution (Multi-channel Internet Banking) : functional support transfer from Corporate to local entities of the group (US and Europe)

MIB program handover to local entities (set of 8 Retail banking applications)

• Monthly reporting on incident (based of JIRA)

• Studies on replacements options / Strategic IT assessments

• Organization and presentation for steering commitees Quality Analyst (Open Up project : Start up relationship with BNP Paribas group on innovation projects)

• Sprint plannings participation

• Creation of non regression testing scenario for website and mobile apps.

• Weekly team meeting organization (US and French team)

• Quarterly Data quality assessment for FED reporting Data Quality Analyst
