I also monitored crucial performance metrics for the redesigned iOS and Android mobile apps, assessing the impact of the rebranding and the implementation of a new design system on user engagement and satisfaction.- Collaborating closely with a dedicated team of 15 individuals, addressing all aspects of product design, including UX, UI, and the identification of friction points. I worked particularly closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure the alignment of design solutions with technical feasibility, guaranteeing a seamless and efficient implementation process.- Enhancing the existing Core-Loop interfaces (Discover, Profile, Chat, Safety, Monetization).- Leveraging data from sources like Mixpanel and Tableau, in partnership with the Data Analyst and CEO. Additionally, I conducted user research through internal tools to inform my approach in terms of ideation, communication, and validation.- Crafting straightforward, innovative, and user-friendly experiences and workflows. I meticulously attended to every detail in the development of new product features, from the initial idea to the UX and pixel-perfect execution.- Playing a pivotal role in shaping both the short and long-term roadmap for the Wizz app.

I developed the artistic direction, the graphic identity, including the design of the logo. Additionally, I established the initial design system and crafted all the application's interface flows.I also handled social media management, responsible for creating all of Shaker's content on Instagram and Facebook.
