Led end-to-end user experience research for an internal platform transforming R&D decision-making, defining product vision in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Pursuing work on Physio.me, as the solution was transferred to Aptar:

- Led the exploration of a new problem space across 6 countries, leveraging ecosystem mapping and user journeys to provide a strategic foundation for product decisions.

- Enhanced user experience for healthcare professionals, integrating behavioral insights to improve engagement and retention.

- Conducted an in-depth exploration of barriers and opportunities for platform adoption to inform a product-market fit study.

As a member of the product team within the Digital Health division, I contributed to the development of Cleo, a companion app designed to support people living with multiple sclerosis and Physio.me, a remote exercise platform offering personalized programs for people with neuromuscular diseases. Key initiatives:

- Crafted a tailored strategy to collect user feedback within a highly constrained environment, resulting in identifying major pain points and barriers to adoption.

- Initiated mixed methods research with data teams that empowered the product team to make data-driven decisions.

- Implemented a cross-functional process to gather user insights, prioritize and leverage these insights to drive roadmaps. I also played a key role in the creation of a new solution for people with lupus by articulating user and business needs, translating research insights into actionable value propositions.
