We help students form startups, startups scale to large companies, and established businesses think like startups again. • We educate people from students to CEOs to open their frames of thinking and challenge the status-quo • We drive organizations, from startups to large companies, to define their projects and build great products and services, faster and better • We co-create solutions with our clients to meet their customers’ needs, from designing concepts to building fledged prototypes At Schoolab, my mission as a Key Account Manager is to : - Advise our clients on how to lead an innovation project, ensure the proper implementation of the project and help them to embark all collaborators in the company transformation - Co-construct with the clients a development plan for each project - Identify new growth drivers and generate new business opportunities - Design and lead workshops (10 to 70 attendees) - Lead Design Thinking & Innovation methods trainings for corporates - Supervise innovation projects for top-tier companies to create MVPs in less than 3 months
