• • Driving a harmonized O&M contract strategy across operated wind assets in Europe under a "One Voice" approach, identifying renegotiation levers on scope, pricing, risk allocation and governance to reduce service fees without degrading performance. Scope focuses on 1.1 GW across 4 OEMs, with USD 36M spend in 2025, USD 7.3M savings secured and USD 11.5M potential savings over 5 years.

• • Led alignment across asset teams, technical experts, legal stakeholders and procurement counterparts in a matrix environment, building a consolidated supplier-performance view and facilitating global supplier performance reviews.

• • Improved contractual terms in tenders, strengthened risk position and contractual robustness, and initiated / managed claims with suppliers including 2 claims with one OEM and the implementation of O&M Heads of Terms and long-form templates

• • Led CAPEX procurement for a renewable energy project valued at EUR 140M, from procurement planning and sourcing strategy to negotiation and contract finalization.

• • Coordinated project managers, legal counsel and technical stakeholders from strategy to signature, ensuring alignment between procurement recommendations, project constraints and contractual risk allocation.

• • Developed dashboards to track milestones, payments, guarantees and contract execution contributing to the award of 58 tender packages and the signature of EUR 45M across 34 suppliers

• • Led procurement of wind turbines and associated services for onshore wind projects in France and international markets (Germany, Colombia, China) , ensuring compliance with project requirements and Group purchasing rules.

• • Acted as contract manager for supply, transport, installation, commissioning and O&M agreements; led contractual and commercial negotiations in English with international OEMs.

• • Influenced cross-functional stakeholders across procurement, project, legal and technical teams and supported group-level supplier coordination, including factory visits and supplier interactions in China.
